I'm a Senior UX Designer with over a decade of experience turning complex problems into intuitive, user-centered solutions. I've worked across enterprise SaaS, communication platforms, and data-heavy tools—always with the same goal: make things work better for the people using them.

Beyond design, I'm deeply passionate about mentoring. I've guided 55+ aspiring designers through programs like Career Foundry and Thinkful, helping them build the skills and confidence to launch their own careers in UX. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone you've mentored land their first design role.

Lately, I've been leaning heavily into AI-augmented design workflows. I use tools like Claude Cowork and Palantir's AIP to accelerate everything from research synthesis and content strategy to rapid prototyping and design system documentation. AI doesn't replace the craft—it amplifies it, letting me move faster from insight to execution while keeping the work deeply human-centered.

My approach is fast, iterative, and collaborative. I believe the best designs come from getting something on screen quickly, testing it with real users, and refining based on what you learn—not from perfecting mockups in isolation.
